Valley Telehealth Partnership, formerly eHealth Network Project, has launched six satellite health services centers in the San Joaquin Valley, primarily in rural areas. The centers will provide telemedicine services via videoconferencing; telemedicine training for physicians and staff; and educational opportunities for high school and college students
