Self-Help Enterprises will help the San Joaquin Valley's underserved rural communities obtain clean water by implementing existing action plans, as well as developing new projects.

San Joaquin Valley Integrated Regional Water Plans / University Farm Recycled Water Usage  >

Multiple partners will develop a draft integrated federal and state regional water program, as well as develop a partnership between California State University, Fresno, and the City of Clovis regional wastewater treatment plant.
